Real Results Agency (RRA)

Paid Advertising

Every dollar
earns its place.

We run paid campaigns that are built to perform, not just spend, with continuous optimization that compounds ROAS over time.

Every platform that matters.
One strategy.

Google, Meta, and LinkedIn are where most of our clients win today, and we bring in TikTok, Reddit, or other channels whenever the buyer is there. We build the right message for the right platform, and connect every channel into a single funnel.

We optimize for
pipeline, not clicks.

Most agencies report on impressions and CTR. We report on CPL, pipeline value, and ROAS. The difference is accountability.
01
Continuous creative testing
We test headlines, visuals, CTAs, and formats systematically, not randomly. Every test has a hypothesis and a clear winner.
02
Bid strategy and budget allocation
We reallocate budget to what is working in real time, not at the end of the month when it is too late.
03
Full-funnel attribution
We connect ad spend to pipeline and revenue, not just last-click conversions that inflate performance.

Common questions.

What clients typically ask before we start managing their paid campaigns.

We typically work with clients spending at least $2,000 USD per month in ad spend. Below this threshold, there is insufficient data to run meaningful tests and optimization cycles. For LinkedIn specifically, budgets of $3,000 and above are recommended due to higher CPCs in B2B targeting.

We handle ad copywriting and creative direction in all engagements. For static image and video production, we can work with your internal team or coordinate with a design partner. We always brief, review, and iterate on creative, we never run untested assets.

CTR is an early indicator, not a success metric. We track CPL, qualified lead volume, MQL rate, pipeline generated, and ROAS. We connect ad platform data to your CRM so we can attribute pipeline and closed deals back to specific campaigns and creatives. That is the level of accountability we hold ourselves to.

Google Search campaigns can generate leads within the first week of launch. Meta and LinkedIn typically take 2 to 4 weeks of learning before the algorithm optimizes delivery. We set realistic expectations at kickoff and provide weekly updates so you always know what phase we are in.
